Multitrack File Toolbar
	New	Create a new Multitrack Session file.	(CTL-N)
	Open	Open an existing Multitrack Session file.
	Open	Open an existing Sound file.	(CTL-O)
	Save	Save the current Multitrack Session file.	(CTL-S)
	Save As	Save the current Multitrack Session file with a different name.

Multitrack Edit Toolbar
	Undo	Undo last operation.	(CTL-Z)
	Split	Split current block.
	Trim	Trim (delete) all but selected portion of current sound file.	(CTL-T)
	Adjust Boundaries	Adjust boundaries of selected track to selection.
	Cut	Delete selected portion of current sound file.	DELETE
	Mixdown	Mixdown selected waves to new wave file.
	Crossfade	Perform a crossfade between selected tracks.
	Punch In	Punch In (record over existing audio)  at selection portion of track.
	Mute	Mute selected track.
	Time Lock	Lock selected tracks at current position in time.
	Group Toggle	Group/ungroup selected tracks.
	Snap to Blocks	Align current selection with end of previous block.
	Snap to Loops	Align current selection with end of previous loop.
	Snap to Cues	Align current selection with end of previous loop.
	Snap to Ruler	Align current selection with nearest tick on ruler.
	Add to Cue List	Add current cursor position or currently selected portion of sound file to Cue List	(F8)

Multitrack View Toolbar
	Amplitude Envelopes	View/Hide Amplitude Envelopes.
	Pan Envelopes	View/Hide Pan Envelopes.
	Wet/Dry Envelopes	View/Hide Wet/Dry Envelopes.
	FX Envelopes	View/Hide FX Envelopes.
	Tempo Envelopes	View/Hide Tempo Envelopes
	Envelope Editing	Toggle Envelope Editing
	Block Edge Drag	Toggle Block Edge Dragging

Multitrack Options Toolbar
	Settings	Open the Settings dialog.	(F4)
